Ordering
Q1: How do I place an order?
Answer: Please follow these steps.
- Go to Shop (or choose your category: Software Engineers, Nurses, Fitness).
- Open a product and choose your size and color (if available).
- Click Add to cart → Checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and complete payment.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Q2: Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Answer: Yes, if your order has not entered production or shipping yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page and include the following information in your message:
- your order number
- the requested change (cancel / size / color / address)
Payments
Q3: Which payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept the debit or credit cards shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted checkout via PayPal.
Q4: Is my payment information secure?
Answer: Yes, Checkout is secured and payment details are handled through trusted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our site.
Shipping & Delivery
Q5: What are the delivery charges?
Answer: Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- delivery country/region
- order weight/size
- chosen shipping option
You’ll see the final shipping cost before you pay.
Q6: How long does delivery take?
Answer: Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Typical time frames include:
- processing/production time (before shipping)
- carrier shipping time (after dispatch)
Your confirmation email and tracking (when available) provide the latest delivery status.
Q7: How can I change my delivery address?
Answer: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us immediately with:
- your order number
- your old address and new address
Once an order is shipped, address changes depend on the carrier.
Q8: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: ThreadMint serves customers internationally where available. If checkout allows your country/region, we can ship there.
Q9: How do I track my order?
Answer: When tracking is available, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also check your order details in My Account (if you created an account).
Returns & Refunds
Q10: What is your return policy?
Answer: If your item arrives with a problem (wrong item, damage, or print issue), contact us with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue

Q11: What if I ordered the wrong size?
Answer: Because apparel sizing is personal, size exchanges depend on item condition and the specific return rules on our Returns & Refunds page. Always check the product size guide before ordering.
Product & Quality
Q12: How do I choose the right size?
Answer: Use the size guide on each product page and compare it with a similar item you already own. If you’re between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit (regular vs relaxed).
Q13: How should I wash my apparel to keep it looking new?
Answer: For best results:
- wash inside out on cold or gentle
- avoid high heat drying
- do not iron directly on the print

Answer: Use the Contact page for support. Include your order number (if applicable) so we can help faster.
Your account
Q15: How do you create an account?
Answer: Go to this page my-account and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.
Q16: How can I retrieve my password?
Answer: You can retrieve your password by clicking “Lost your password?”. Instructions on password retrieval will be sent to your email.
Q17: How do I change my personal details or email address?
Answer: You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to the login page to log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.
Q18: Security
Answer: Our web store is secured with SSL certificates. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
Delivery
Q19: Can I track my order?
Answer: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.
Q20: Shipping time?
Answer: Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.
Q21: Shipping cost?
Answer: Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. Some products need to be shipped in dry ice. These dry ice shipments have a slightly higher shipping fee. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout.
Q22: Changing the shipping address?
Answer: You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.
